7 star Michelin Chef Yoshihiro Murata visits the Global Blue Technology campus in Taft Texas. Chef Murata traveled 12,000 miles to tour our biosecure farm and taste our shrimp. Chef was impreseed by the firm texture and clean flavor of Copano Blues shrimp. He sampled them raw, pan seared, and boiled.
While at the SSPI offices in Rockport Texas Chef Murata delighted us with his preparation of baby black cod, which were raised in our indoor RAS farm.
